About

Thoughtful Psychiatric Care, Led by Experience

At Fleischer Psychiatry, mental health care is grounded in clinical expertise, personal connection, and respect for each individual's journey. Every patient is treated as a whole person, not a checklist of symptoms, and care is guided by careful listening, accurate diagnosis, and long-term continuity.

We believe effective psychiatric care requires time, attention, and physician oversight. That philosophy shapes every aspect of our practice.

Our Approach to Care

Comprehensive, collaborative, individualized.

Mental health concerns are rarely one-dimensional. Emotional well-being is shaped by biology, life experiences, relationships, and physical health. That's why care at Fleischer Psychiatry is comprehensive, collaborative, and individualized.

  • Thorough diagnostic evaluations
  • Thoughtful, evidence-based treatment planning
  • Ongoing monitoring and adjustment as needs change
  • A calm, private setting where conversations are never rushed

Whether someone is seeking help for the first time or exploring new treatment options after years of care, our goal is to provide clarity, stability, and support.

Physician-Led Psychiatry Matters

Why physician-led psychiatry matters.

In today's healthcare environment, many psychiatric services are fragmented or transactional. At Fleischer Psychiatry, care is led by a board-certified psychiatrist from the first visit through long-term treatment.

This physician-led model allows for:

  • More accurate diagnosis
  • Safer, more precise medication management
  • Integration of therapy and medical decision-making
  • Consistent care over time

Patients benefit from continuity and clinical judgment that cannot be replaced by automated or high-volume models.

Advanced Treatment Options

Including TMS Therapy.

For patients whose depression or OCD has not responded to traditional treatments, Fleischer Psychiatry offers NeuroStar® Advanced TMS therapy.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is an FDA-cleared, non-medication treatment that targets areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. Treatment is non-invasive, does not require anesthesia, and allows patients to return to daily activities immediately after treatments.

TMS is offered as part of a comprehensive care plan and carefully evaluated to determine whether it is appropriate for each individual.
